Delicious Avocado Cranberry Dressing

What you need :

  • 1/2 cup of mashed avocado
  • Tangy Cranberry juice – 1/4 cup
  • 1 tbsp. finely chopped ginger
  • Garlic – 1/2 tbsp. finely chopped

How to make :
Easy to make salad dressing. Put the mashed avocado in blender, add cranberry juice and blend. Pour the mixture into a salad bowl and sprinkle with finely chopped ginger and garlic. Keep the bowl in refrigerator for about 30 mins. before serving.
