* 1st meal:
3 Egg White Omelet with spinach, mushrooms, and onions with oatmeal
OR
Hi/Lo Protein Cereal
with raspberries and soy milk
* 2nd meal:
Protein bar
* 3rd meal:
Lean turkey patty with spinach salad
* 4th meal:
Chicken and some kind of green veggie
* Snacks:
Almonds, and berries, or a protein bar
Christina Lindley’s Training Routine:
* Circuit training for an hour 3 times a week, pilates, and yoga atleast once a week, cardio training usually elliptical or treadmill on an incline for 45 minutes to an hour 4-6 times a week.
